General dentists who participate in the Access Dental Plan have agreed to accept a discounted fee as payment in full for each service performed.  These discounted fees are 20-60%* less than what a dentist would normally charge.  A sample table of Access Dental Plan discounted fees can be found above.

You are entitled to choose any participating dentist on the Access Dental Plan. Dental offices are located throughout the United States. The dental provider listings on DentalPlans.com are provided directly from each dental network or dental plan, who are responsible for its accuracy and completeness. These listings are updated on a monthly basis, and every effort has been made to ensure that only participating active providers are listed. We strongly recommend that you confirm that a provider is currently participating before you receive any services from that provider. Please see Member's Agreement for more details. Access Dental Plan is NOT insurance. It is a discount plan provided to DentalPlans.com through Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. Providers are subject to change without notice. Specialists may not be available in all areas. Fees may vary by region. The plan is not available in all states. Access is not the provider of services under this plan. Access solely arranges for access to discounts from independent third-party service providers and does not warrant or guarantee the suitability and/or quality of any service provided. A member's participation in this plan is governed by the terms of the membership agreement provided upon enrollment.

The Access Dental Plan does not make payments directly to the providers of services. The member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the program. Equal or lower prices may be available through individual negotiations. Refund Policy: Members who cancel during the first 30 days of membership by notifying Access Dental Plan in writing and returning their ID cards will receive, within 30 days, a full refund of membership dues. Any application/processing fee is not refundable (except in Arkansas and Tennessee). Members may cancel after the first 30 days, and, in states where required, will receive a pro-rata reimbursement of all periodic charges. This plan is based geographically by ZIP code in terms of provider participating and location. Fee schedules and savings may vary by ZIP code.

* North Carolina General Dentists and Specialists offer a 20% discount off their UCR fees.

** Minnesota specialist fees are 15%. All other states are 20%
