DentalPlans.com promises the following to all of our Consumers and Members:
To offer a selection of quality discount plans to choose from.
To assist each and every consumer seeking to purchase a discount plan by explaining the plan in detail and enrolling them in a prompt manner.
That the fee schedule of the plan you have selected will be honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider, in the vicinity of where you live or work. Vicinity is defined as within a 25-mile radius in metropolitan areas and within a 50-mile radius in rural areas
To allow you the opportunity to switch to another discount plan, once, during your annual membership, at no additional processing charge (Upgrade fees may apply), if:
The fee schedule of the plan you have selected is not honored by at least one participating provider, in the vicinity of where you live or work, OR
You find another plan that better serves your dental health care needs
Please note that the Refund and Cancellation Policy shown below is for the state of Florida (based on ZIP code 33021). If this is not the state in which you will be purchasing your plan from, please enter the correct ZIP code here:
If a member cancels his or her membership within the first 30 days after the effective date of enrollment in the plan, the member will receive a full refund upon receipt by DentalPlans.com of the members written notification of cancellation and the return of the members plan membership ID card. A full refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
All full refund cancellation notices must be sent in writing and received within 30 days of initial purchase via mail to:

After 30 days of initial purchase, the DentalPlans.com Refund Policy is as follows:
A member is eligible to receive a pro-rated refund only if: (All pro-rata cancellation notices must be sent in writing and received at the above address.)
DentalPlans.com cancels a membership for any reason other than nonpayment of fees by the member, or
Discounted savings are not realized on care delivered, or
The fee schedule of the plan you have selected is not honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider in your vicinity.
Applies to Automatic Renewals Only:
In the event that your plan has been automatically renewed in any year following your initial purchase and provided that your discount plan benefits have not been used, a full refund will be issued within the first 60 days of the automatic renewal.
After 60 days of automatic renewal, the DentalPlans.com Refund Policy is as follows: (All cancellation notices must be sent in writing and received at the above address.)
